Awaken Your Sexual Energy by Simply Breathing
This sounds easy in theory, and it is in practice too! Now that’s a deal!!!
How: when you breathe deep, you breath from your navel, and not from your chest. Your lungs and stomach almost inflate , and that inflation massages your reproductive organs. Breathing deeply helps bring life energy back into our bodies, including our sexual bodies. It also promotes more oxygen to enter our bodies, which allows for better circulation in all aspects. Conscious deep breathing allows for more blood to enter our sexual organs, creating more sensation, and who doesn’t want that! Along with all that greatness, it also allows us to relax and release tension from our bodies, which further promotes greater sex!
Try it out. Take a deep breathe in…..and out. Try it again. Observe how much more relaxed your body is. When we are in a relaxed state, our bodies know that there is no danger around, giving us the ability to feel sensation at a much greater level. In fact if you think about it, when we are in the act of sex, we naturally begin to breath deeper and more often to allow oxygen to enter our bodies and promote an orgasmic release.
Being intimate and sexual with someone whom you have a healthy connection with in life is a blessing. Think about it, as a human race we are all interested, intrigued, and love sex, but due to social, cultural, religious conditioning, we get confused along the way. What we forget is that sex is a creative energy. It is the energy of life and breathing is our main means and source of living so when the two are combined on a conscious level, magic is created.
Practice: The next time you plan to get hot and steamy, I invite you to ask your partner to have a deep breathing session for 5 minutes before you have sex. In this simple breathing exercise, the both of you sit across from each other, naked or clothed, with your legs intertwined (spread your legs in a V shape where his is on the bed and yours are on top of his also in a V shape). Holding hands, together take long and deep breaths. Look into each other’s eyes, and get really connected while breathing together to the same rhythm. I also highly recommend relaxing and sensual music as a great addition to add to the sexual atmosphere. This simple and easy exercise really helps you and your partner get connected on an intimate, physical, emotional, and spiritual level as the both of you bath in the rhythm of live.
