As a holistic health counselor, I create a safe and supportive environment that allows my clients to explore their current life challenges and discover alternative ways to healing. My holistic approach to healing gives my client the space needed to explore all areas of their life, including their health, their social connections and relationships, the role exercise plays in their life, and their spirituality.
I found Enliven Your Health with a deep desire to help heal and be a guide for you to achieving your optimal life. My personal mission centers around supporting and guiding my clients to discovering love and passion for living, creating balance in their lives, and nourishing themselves in mind, body, and spirit. The ripple effect that is created when one is in their optimal state of living is very powerful and life changing for everyone around them. I believe we all deserve pure happiness, health, wealth, and wonderful people to share it with.
My typical client is female, 20-50 years of age, and has a deep desire to find complete balance in her life. This would include normalizing her hormones, increasing energy for life, reducing stress, achieving their ideal and healthy weight, increasing sleep, reducing food cravings, increasing physical activity, and finding harmony and peace in all aspects of her life. She understands that food is a miraculous healing agent, is goal oriented, self-aware, honest and willing to put time and effort to achieving her goals and dreams.
Even though my typical clients are women, I do love working with men as well. My 1 Month Detoxing and 90 Day Challenge Programs are great for men to get better connected and find easy ways to nourish and support their bodies!
